Feriehus/holiday house - Serrapiana, Tuscany

 

Our old holiday house has a breathtaking view from the terrace, and the terrace IS the heart of the house.

With space for al-fresco-dining, and relaxing area, you will find your self sitting there most of time spent in the house.

 

From there you access both the house and the two bathrooms.

Further the house consist of 3 double bedrooms, diningroom, sittingroom and a well equipped kitchen with original features.

We did try to keep as many original features in the house as possible.

Allways from saturday to saturday.

 

Week 14-25 - €700,00
Week 26-33 - €925,00
Week 34-41 - €700,00
Week 42      - €800,00

Plus €130,00 for mandatory cleaning after your stay.

 

Deposit: €100,00 per week.
Deposit is not refunded if the reservation i cancelled.

Remaining amount: To be paid 8 weeks before your stay.

If your reservation is made less than 8 weeks before your stay the whole amount is paid when you reserve.

Cancellation

 

If you have to cancel later than 8 weeks before your stay the rental will not be refunded. 

The house is owned by us - Susanne & Asger - from Denmark, and we have had it since 2004.
